Should I use Glycolic Facial Cleanser before or after other products in my regimen?
Glycolic Facial Cleanser is our #1 recommended cleanser and typically is used 1st unless you need to remove makeup. Our Mega Purifying Cleanser is a fabulous makeup remover.
My skin feels tight after I use this product, is it too much for my skin?
No. Gentle Facial Wash is a very effective cleanser that removes all the “daily debris” including oils from the skin leaving it completely clean. It is crucial that you replenish the hydration to the skin after use by following with your additional GlyMed Plus regimen.
Is this product safe for pregnant or breastfeeding moms?
Yes, Glycolic Facial Cleanser can safely be used during pregnancy. However, your skin is more vulnerable to sun exposure during this time so make sure you are always wearing your GlyMed Plus sunscreen when outdoors.
How does the Glycolic Acid in Gentle Facial Wash provide benefits if I am removing it?
Using Glycolic Acid in a cleanser alone will not provide the complete benefits of this anti-aging ingredient. However, it is effective as a preparatory for your other products including Facial Hydrator, AHA Accelerator, or Treatment Cream that are left on.
