Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.


To start a replacement, you can contact us at info@amethystskinclinic.com. If your replacement is accepted, you must pay for the return shipping. You will receive instructions on where to send the product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

We are not responsible for items returned to sender and/or marked “undeliverable”. We are not responsible for an incorrect and/or incomplete address that was provided by the customer. Refunds will not be issued on these orders and the customer must reach out to their local post office to file a claim.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for damage if no insurance is purchased/priority mail is not selected with order shipment.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that are opened, out of box, and/or used can not be returned. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on packages or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus shipping. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
